There is some really interesting data on the Irish commercial property market in the QRE Investment Market Report for the first quarter of 2017. The sub €20m market contributed to 93% of transactions (by number of sales), with the Greater Dublin area accounting for 58% of all transactions (by turnover). Have a read of the report here:
